representatives of JTW Group
all have practical experience in the hotel and tourism
industries along with the associated property based tertiary
education qualifications, giving all our representatives a
strong and comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the day
to day operation and management of hotels and other tourism
based property and business.
JTW Group
was founded by John Williams, a former hotelier for fifteen
years and being the third generation hotelier. in 1994 both
Bligh Williams and Elvie Williams joined the
JTW Hotel
Brokerage team launching a formal
hotel advisory, project management and hotel management service
along with the expansion of the traditional hotel brokerage and
valuation services saw these new services enhance traditional
cornerstone services of hotel brokerage and valuation, with both
practical experience and qualifications in property agency,
valuation without limitation, project management and hotel
management.
John
Burgess joined JTW Group
in 2004 on a consultancy basis and heads the administration and
I.T. services and to has extensive hospitality experience and
will continue to work on the continual improvement of our web
site and other computer based services.
