Information Memorandum on CD-ROM

JTW have introduced hotel specific re-writeable CD-Roms as
a means of delivering the traditional Information Memorandum along with copies
of current valuations, financial statements, photographs and other essential
information.
This form of delivery allows prospective purchasers to view and print
information at a time and place that suits them without having to be loaded with
a onerous number of traditional style booklets.
In our view at JTW is also means that we have the purchasers full attention when
they are consuming the data provided.
As an environmental friendly step these CD-Roms are re-writeable and thus better
for the environment.
