Machine Entitlements & Hoteliers Licences
JTW Group in the 2005
calendar year sold over $25 million worth of poker machine
entitlements, both flagged or unflagged. Though the market for
entitlements has softened in 2006, the interest in this tradable
asset has remained fairly strong. JTW still list on a regular
basis batches of entitlements for sale on a country to city
basis, or on a country to country basis.
For new projects often
the purchase of a hoteliers licence with some gaming attached
represents better value than purchasing the hotel licence and
gaming independently.
