Early Trends for the
2008 Market
February 2008
After a quieter final quarter in 2007 the interest in the
market has taken a real shot in the arm with people hedging making any decisions
at the end of last year coming back with a revitalized approach to the market
and ready to make decisions based on a full six months trading performance from
July to December 2007.
At JTW it is expected that within the first quarter of this year a total of
fifteen hotels throughout all of New South Wales will be either sold or
exchanged totaling approximately $115 million in value.
