Stronger Market Than What Some Parties Would Like You To Believe March 2007 Over the first part of 2007 we have seen two major hotel groups be offered to the market, with the bulk of the Hotels only being owned for a maximum of three years. These Hotels offered were snapped up by active purchasers in the market. Where many potential purchasers and service providers to the Hotel industry saw this as a sign of 'correction' these portfolios were purchased within two months of being offered to the market. This also holds true for Hotels owned by individual owners who may also have only owned their venues for twelve months to three years. Interest in the market is extremely strong and JTW has lists new Hotels for sale weekly based on quality service and without having to promise 'unachievable sale prices'.
