JTW Group has been
involved in the sale of poker machine permits since the 2,300
permits were released in the State Government tender process in
late 1998. Permits have always attracted a premium in the market
due to there being no forfeiture when the poker machines are
transferred between hotels. Thus they are a far more valuable
asset particularly for multi-venue owners, giving them the
flexibility to transfer machine holdings between their premises
without forfeiture.
JTW currently has a
total of 15 poker machine permits available for sale.
