Bligh Williams has a degree in Construction Management, which allows JTW Group to provide an integrated Project Management service. The service is suitable for refurbishment works or the construction of a new hotel and the following services are available:

  • Site or Premises Assessment

  • Demographic, Target Market and SWOT Analysis

  • Liaison with Local Council, Liquor Administration Board & Government Agencies such as NSW Heritage, Roads and Traffic Authority

  • Licensing Options and Approval Expectations Timelines

  • Feasibility Modeling including construction and fit out budgets and forecast cash flows.

  • Co-ordinate professional fee submissions and completion of reports

  • Collate and Present project findings in Statement of Environmental Effects to shareholders and interest groups

  • Co-ordinate the approval process

  • Arrange and Co-ordinate Bill Of Quantities and Schedule of Finishes

  • Co-ordinate the construction process

  • Oversee defect identification and hand over of the project

This service can create a one stop service with the project under one persons control from start to finish reducing the opportunity to experience expensive variations at each stage of the project and aim to deliver the project on time and where possible under budget.
